Our take
I love the retro charm of this Innkare processor. The clamp-on design attaches securely to counters, and the three cones work well for shredding cheese and slicing veggies. The stainless steel parts are solid. However, hand cranking gets tiring for large batches, and the clamp may not fit all counter edges. It's a fun vintage piece for occasional use, but not for heavy duty
